How to book:

You can use our booking form to request a shoot for a guaranteed response within 12 hours. For same-day or next-day booking, or if you’d like to speak with a staff member directly, we encourage you to call, text, or DM so your shoot can be confirmed ASAP.

Before your session:

• If booking with one of our in-house videographers, feel free to provide references, inspiration and a rough storyboard (if applicable) with your vision for your video.

• Please account for special hair, makeup, and wardrobe needs — give us a heads up if there’s anything you’re not sure about. Clients are welcome to use the studio restroom as a dressing room, but space is limited (max. 3 people at one time).

• If you’re bringing any set pieces or props larger than 2’x2’, please let us know in advance.

• Please arrive on-time and park or wait in the studio parking lot (street parking also available). In order to guarantee that all clients get the time that they’ve booked, all shoots start and end on the hour, so we are unable to offer extra time for clients who are late.

• If you arrive early for your shoot time, do not knock on the door, play loud music or speak loudly in the parking lot to ensure that the session before you isn’t disrupted. Just send us a text letting us know you’re here, or wait for a staff member to meet you outside at your scheduled time.

• If you’re here early and want to kill time, or need a post-shoot destination, we highly recommend Santiago’s Bodega, the Hideaway Bar, the Matador, or Ziggie’s.

Other useful information:

• No hourly minimum. Sessions start and end on the hour.

• Max. 8 guests in the studio at one time.

• There is a smoking area outside of the studio. Vaping is allowed inside the building. Food and drinks including alcohol are allowed in the control room. Water is allowed in the booth.

• Full payment is required to confirm your shoot time. Since time slots are first-come first-serve, we can’t “hold” your time slot until payment is received, but will do our best to reach you if a time slot you’ve requested and haven’t paid for is being requested by another client.

• We accept Zelle, Cash App, Paypal, or Venmo. We only accept cash payments for in-person extensions of an ongoing shoot, or in-person to reserve a future shoot.

• No-shows or cancellations will not be refunded except in cases of extreme weather or other emergencies. If we don’t see or hear from you 30 minutes after your shoot begins, it will be considered a no-show.

• To reschedule part or all of your shoot, please reach out to us 24 hours in advance.

• Children 15 or younger without an older companion and animals (besides service animals) are not permitted inside the studio. Please do not leave children or animals unattended outside or in your car either. You will banned for life and put on blast. If you think it’s crazy that we have to tell people this, we agree.
