Recording

We specialize in vocal recording for music, podcasts, audiobooks, spoken word/poetry, and voiceover. Don’t forget to check out our packages, memberships, and special pricing for podcasts, album rollouts, students, and more.

How to book:

You can use our booking form to request a session for a guaranteed response within 12 hours. For same-day or next-day booking, or if you’d like to speak with a staff member directly, we encourage you to call, text, or DM so your booking can be confirmed ASAP.

Before your session:

  • Feel free to send beats, references, or other files that you’ll be using ahead of time. It’s also okay to send these during your session — whatever works best for you.

  • If you’re tracking instruments, please let us know when booking - pricing won’t change, this is just so we can guarantee that our setup is prepped for your session.

  • Please arrive on-time and park or wait in the studio parking lot (street parking also available). In order to guarantee that all clients get the time that they’ve booked, all sessions start and end on the hours, so we are unable to offer extra time for clients who are late.

  • If you arrive early for your session, do not knock on the door, play loud music or speak loudly in the parking lot to ensure that the session before you isn’t disrupted. Just send us a text letting us know you’re here, or wait for your engineer to meet you outside at your scheduled time.

  • If you’re here early and want to kill time, or need a post-studio destination, we highly recommend Santiago’s Bodega, the Hideaway Bar, the Matador, or Ziggie’s.

Other useful information:

  • No hourly minimum to book. Sessions start and end on the hour.

  • Max. 8 people including artist and guests in the studio at one time.

  • Demos and trackouts (stems) are sent during session time so we can guarantee you’ve received them and can open them. Please allow 5-10 minutes at the end of your session for this process, and make sure to download any files you’ve received from us within 30 days.

  • There is a smoking area outside of the studio. Vaping is allowed inside the building. Food and drinks including alcohol are allowed in the control room. Water is allowed in the booth.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your session time. Since time slots are first-come first-serve, we can’t “hold” your session until payment is received, but will do our best to reach you if a time slot you’ve requested and haven’t paid for is being requested by another client.

  • We accept Zelle, Cash App, Paypal, or Venmo. We only accept cash payments for in-person extensions of an ongoing session, or in-person to reserve a future session.

  • No-shows or cancellations will not be refunded except in cases of extreme weather or other emergencies. If we don’t see or hear from you 30 minutes after your session begins, it will be considered a no-show.

  • To reschedule part or all of your session, please reach out to us 24 hours in advance.

  • Children 15 or younger without an older companion and animals (besides service animals) are not permitted inside the studio. Please do not leave children or animals unattended outside or in your car either. You will banned for life and put on blast. If you think it’s crazy that we have to tell people this, we agree.
